Centro Layout Options
Below you'll find several layout options that will serve as a starting point for event decoration and setup. Please note your selected layout when submitting your booking form. Our setup crew will have everything in place, as shown on the option selected, before your arrival.
Centro Rental Information
• $500 refundable security deposit added to every event.
• Event deposit to secure your date = 50% of total invoice, final payment due 10 days before your event.
• Bring your own food and beverages, no restrictions, or extra fees.
• Cancelation within 21 days of your event = Loss of event deposit or $200 prior to the 21-day deadline.
• No rentals past midnight
• Total capacity 153. Seated capacity 120.
Centro Updated Pricing
WEEKEND RATES
- Saturday AM events 9am – 3pm = $1,300
- Saturday PM events 4pm – 12am = $3,000
- Friday PM events (after 5pm) 5hr min rental 1hr early entry = $2,000
- Sunday AM events 9am – 3pm = $1,300.
- Sunday PM events (after 5pm) 5hr min rental 1hr early entry = $2,000
Weekdays AM & PM events.
- 5hr day (before 5pm) = $1,000
- 5hr evening Mon – Thurs only (after 5pm) = $1,500
Additional hrs. = $250 per hr.
*Holiday rates apply to all events in December, additional $500 for PM events or $250 for AM events. Select dates like Super Bowl, Halloween, New Years eve, Cinco de Mayo, etc. inquire for rental rate information.
ALL Rentals include:
- Room set up/break down/*basic clean up.
- 14ft HD video wall with high-end audio throughout
- Multiple custom lighting options: color, bistro, led, etc.
- 10 rectangular 8ft tables (no linens)
- 80 black folding chairs
- 10 small bar height round tables with black spandex covers
- 12 bar stools
- 10ft custom mobile live edge bar
- Lounge furniture
- Free downtown parking and high-speed Wi-Fi
- Food buffet area with counter, sink, refrigerator and additional 14ft of table space
*Cleanup Details: Our cleanup fee includes our staff to provide basic cleanup after the event. Exorbitant messes of food/beverage spills or damage to the facilities can result in loss of deposit or extra fees. Balloons are welcome for events, but the disposal of balloons and decor will be the responsibility of the guest.
