2 hour minimum with 30 minute extra set up
- Weekday (Day time before 4pm) rates Mon-Thurs = $200/hour
- Weekday (Night time after 4pm) rates Mon-Thurs = $250/hour
- Weekend rates (Fri-Sun) - $300/hour
- Late hour rates (12am-2am) $400/hour
- Holiday rates (Dec) – additional $100/hour
- Virtual Broadcasting - $250
- Digital white board - $50
- Set up/Clean up fee- $200 t o$300 depending on the size of party (optional if performed by renter)
*All rentals include: 80 folding chairs, 8 bar height stools, 4 bar height round tables, 10 rectangular (8ft) tables, 11ft mobile live edge bar, speakers podium, wireless internet and AV system.
